The ‘Girls’ of MD&P are looking justifiably pleased with themselves after finishing amongst the winners with their first ever entry in the Rotorua Wearable Creations ‘n Colour Awards.
Their creation, ‘dressed to impress’ represented the flowering of creativity. It captured the base colours and processes of the print industry, and was made entirely of materials associated with the industry. In keeping with the team and family spirit, the piece was modeled with great panache and flair by Haley Mortimer.
The process was a great team building experience and a lot of fun, as well as hard work. After being placed third in the Corporate category, the team are keen to go on to do even better in future years.
